Lung cancer remains one of the leading causes of cancer-related mortality worldwide, largely due to late-stage diagnoses. Early detection of lung tumors is pivotal for effective treatment and improved patient outcomes. This paper introduces Cancer Sentinel, a novel approach utilizing machine learning algorithms for the automated identification and classification of lung tumors from medical imaging data. Leveraging a diverse dataset of lung scans, Cancer Sentinel employs convolution neural networks (CNNs) to extract intricate features indicative of tumor presence. Through extensive training and validation, the system demonstrates remarkable accuracy in detecting lung lesions across various sizes and stages.
